At the moment, I can’t seem to find english subs for Vampire Idol (sorry!) but What’s Up is currently airing and episodes 1-14 with english subs can be watched HERE. If you want to download the show instead of streaming it, you can download it from LJ HERE (you have to join the community to see the post) but only episode 1 is subbed so far. You can check the progress for soft subs at darksmurfsub.
